Tags Consulting’s philosophy is to keep things simple, independent and reliable. We apply this thinking to the insightful MI we produce, the personal customer service we offer and to our small, perfectly formed team. We also have a team of trusted freelance traffickers who we call upon to ensure that our support levels don’t dip when we’re at our busiest.

Meet the Tags Consulting team:

Henry Keenan – Founder and Director

Joining TMP Worldwide in 2001, Henry introduced 3rd party online ad-tracking into the UK recruitment marketplace. He developed an offering that would not only encourage clients to spend their advertising budgets online, but would also justify that spend to their superiors by means of ROI reporting against every ad-placement bought.

Henry set up Tags Consulting in 2008 building a solid advertising agency client base providing outsourced tagging, trafficking and reporting of online media campaigns to progressive agencies without the need for in-house resource (and who are reaping the rewards as a result).

Henry also works with organisations directly who see Tags as an enabler towards becoming a self-sufficient direct sourcer.

With seventeen years’ experience using and working with third party ad-serving companies including Atlas, Doubleclick, Sizmek (MediaMind), Tango Zebra, Bluestreak and Smart AdServer, Henry understands the possibilities as well as the limitations when it comes to tracking an online recruitment campaign successfully.

He is amongst a handful of people in the industry with extensive knowledge of integrating campaign-tracked data into Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure the correct MI data is captured. Additionally, working closely with providers such as Taleo, Lumesse, TribePad, Kenexa, Peoplefluent, Bond and First Advantage, Henry can guarantee the implementation of processes to ultimately deliver what the client needs.

Annelise Jensen – Director

With over sixteen years’ experience of working in Recruitment Advertising for agencies such as Havas People and TMP Worldwide, Annelise has led the development and management of integrated recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies for a broad portfolio of commercial and public sector accounts.

Annelise believes that reporting, analysis and insight is critical to ensuring success in driving performance, achieving objectives and gaining credibility with clients. One of her favourite mantras is ‘if you don’t measure it, you can’t improve it’.

Annelise joined the Resourcing team at HSBC in 2010 as Strategic Sourcing Consultant applying her knowledge of recruitment marketing and candidate attraction to improve their direct sourcing proposition. She understands the importance of providing positive and consistent candidate experiences and that Campaign Management should be about the analysis of candidate experience as much as it is about media performance.

By combining her advertising agency background with in-house Resourcing experience, Annelise adds immense value to the development and delivery of online media reporting and analysis that Tags Consulting offers by understanding what it is that agencies need to improve campaign performance and what information clients need to ensure their advertising is delivering against their overall objectives.
